Location: Muangeni, Kitui County (Along Kitui–Kibwezi Road)
Reporting To: Co-operative Manager

Are you a results-oriented, high-energy sales professional with a passion for agribusiness and community impact? Kamaki Farmers Co-operative Society Ltd is expanding! We are looking for an aggressive, tech-savvy Sales Representative to drive revenue growth, expand our market footprints, and champion our pure, organic honey products.

🌟 Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Market Expansion:Identify new markets, secure retail stockists, negotiate supply contracts, and aggressively meet monthly revenue targets.
• Customer Relationship Management:Maintain excellent relationships with existing clients, onboard new stockists, and handle customer feedback with exceptional service.
• Social Media Marketing:Design and run engaging promotional campaigns across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn to generate online sales leads.
• System Operations & Reporting:Track transactions and inventory accurately using our CRM/ERP retail systems, and submit timely sales performance reports.
• Field Mobility:Conduct regular field visits, product demonstrations, and market activations within and outside Kitui County.

🎯 Requirements & Qualifications

• Education:Minimum of a Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Skills:Proficient in retail CRM/ERP software and active digital marketing tools.
• Traits:Self-motivated, target-driven, exceptional negotiator, and an excellent communicator in English and Swahili.
• Flexibility:Comfortable with frequent fieldwork and working irregular hours (evenings/weekends) to hit targets.
• Compliance:Must have a valid Certificate of Good Conduct and a Food Handler’s Certificate.
